Great carry-on
Got the Roll Model Carry-On. Wheels are very quiet. Hardshell feels strong. Arrived quickly. Good purchase.
Solid quality, good experience
I ordered the Roll Model Carry-On a few weeks ago for a business trip. The ordering process on their site was straightforward enough, no real issues there. It shipped out the next day and arrived in San Diego in about 5 business days. The luggage itself feels very robust; the hardshell is quite impact resistant, and the telescopic handle operates smoothly. I also grabbed some packing cubes, which were well-made and helped organize everything inside. I didn't need to contact customer service, so can't speak to that, but overall it was a positive experience. It fits in international overhead bins just fine, which was a main concern.
Good product, minor shipping delay
I bought a Roll Model Carry-On and it's mostly excellent. The all-terrain wheels really do make a difference on cobblestones, way better than my old luggage. Always reliable, great luggage
This was my third Sottos purchase, a Roll Model Carry-On this time. Just like the previous two, the quality is consistent. The wheels on this one feel as sturdy as my old hardshell suitcase I got a few years back. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Texas, which is pretty standard for them.
